Turkish Cuisine

An overwater restaurant with views of the northern islands and a gentle salty breeze to cool off in the summer? That’s our kind of place. Open for rosé or raki-fuelled lunches and festive dinners (and the occasional brunch!), Bodrum Blue serves typical Turkish dishes made using fresh-from-the-sea seafood, the most delicious produce and carefully-sourced meats. And just wait until you bite into a slice of baklava. With Turkey being a pioneer of gastronomy with a rich food culture, it’s no surprise that Bodrum Blue is a favourite.

The Chef

Chef Bilal Tasdemir

I’m a Turkish chef with over 15 years of experience. My career has taken me to Kazakhstan, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and, finally, Mauritius. Food is a universal language that builds bridges and connects people. I love experimenting in the kitchen, but my specialty is traditional Turkish cuisine.
