Lebanese and Moroccan Gastronomic Restaurant

Walima by Bisou, perched on LUX* Grand Baie’s rooftop overseeing the Indian Ocean, is a hidden treasure where Moroccan and Lebanese flavours harmoniously blend with a tropical style. Our cuisine is a celebration of bold tantalising tastes, crafted with both creativity and respect for tradition. Think hummus, tagine, couscous, moutabal, and baklava—food with rich taste and generous spirit that bring people together.

Guests are greeted with an orange blossom hand ritual, a symbol of genuine welcome. The space is accentuated by a modern designer artpiece that adds joyful energy to the ambience. Whether savouring a feast or unwinding with cocktails and a light menu, don’t miss our tea ritual—a Moroccan cultural touch to elevate your visit on another note.
